Shipping Policy

At JOY Personalized, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality jewelry with care. This meticulous process ensures each piece meets our standards before it reaches you.

Processing Time

All of our pieces are handcrafted with care. Our current processing times are as follows:
Ready to Ship Items: Processed the next business day.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Require 5–8 business days for processing.
Estimated Arrival = Processing Time + Transit Time.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order is processed and shipped, the following transit times apply:

United States (Domestic Shipping):

USPS Standard: 3–5 business days — Free
USPS Priority: 2–3 business days — $8 USD
FedEx 2Day: 1–2 business days — $17 USD

International Shipping (Canada & United Kingdom)

Shipping Fee: $35 USD
Processing Time: 5–8 business days
Transit Time: 5–8 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product or shipping prices.
As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed for international shipments.

Lost & Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery. However, we remain responsible for ensuring your order arrives safely. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable. We are committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers in good condition and will support you throughout the resolution process.

Delivery Delays

We are responsible for the production time, but we cannot guarantee shipping time once an order has been dispatched. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers (due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or events beyond our control). Refund requests due to such shipping delays will not be accepted unless the delay exceeds a reasonable timeframe. In the event of any delay, we will keep you informed and provide all possible support.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun, and cancellations will not be possible.
