JOY Personalized operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). JOY Personalized is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect product appearance.

All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Minor variations in finish, texture, and stone placement are natural and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.


SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and order acceptance is issued.

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase only. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellation will no longer be possible.


SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including shipping and applicable taxes.


SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship via USPS and FedEx.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: processed next business day
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: 5–8 business days processing time
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays

Transit Times (after processing)

United States:

  • USPS Standard: 3–5 business days (Free)
  • USPS Priority: 2–3 business days ($8)
  • FedEx 2Day: 1–2 business days ($17)

International (Canada & United Kingdom):

  • Processing: 5–8 business days
  • Transit: 5–8 business days
  • Shipping fee: $35

Estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. However, we are committed to supporting our customers.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and, where applicable, help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund depending on the case outcome.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing due to theft or incorrect delivery conditions.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, designs, and product content, is owned by JOY Personalized or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
